This recipe has been passed down from my mum. I love it on a cold winter's evening. Spinach and Kale Soup

This super soup is full of iron so a superb dinner for a growing baby! I've also pushed this recipe to friends who are breastfeeding and pregnant too. My mother-in-law was a little intimidated by the “toxic looking colour” but was surprised how good it tasted! I’ll take that as a win. You can freeze this soup in small cartons to serve at a later date and also mix it with some pasta to use as a pasta sauce.
