Returns Policy

We hope that you'll be 100% happy with your purchase from Messy Little Thing. However, if you're not, please email us at hello@messylittlething.com to let us know you wish to return the goods and explain any problem or provide feedback. We guarantee a refund or will exchange any item you are not completely happy with if returned unworn and in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your goods.

If we are informed within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return the full order, any postage costs charged will also be refunded (under the distance selling regulations). For returns received after 7 days the full value of the goods shall be refunded, but postage charges shall not be reimbursed.

Please note we will not reimburse premium delivery options or deliveries costs outside the UK.

It is your responsibility to return the goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging. You are also responsible for the cost associated with returning the goods.

Please fill in the returns form which is on the back of your delivery note letting us know if you would like an exchange or a refund and enclose it in the parcel with your returned goods.

We strongly recommend you get proof of postage from a post office which is a free service, as we can only refund after we receive the goods, or receive proof of postage.

We will endeavour to refund you without undue delay and always within 14 days after we receive the goods back.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Cancelling an order

You have up to 7 days to cancel your order (as set out in Distance Selling Regulations). To cancel your order, please email hello@messylittlething.com. If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the above returns policy.
